A mystery group has surfaced with horror-inspired music videos, an interactive viral puzzle site, and claims regarding a Sleep Token co-creator.

A new masked musical project named Arcus began its public campaign on Sept. 18 after uploading an introductory video to YouTube titled "Introducing: Arcus." The clip features horror elements—including figures in masks, a cave-type dwelling, and a church—accompanied by text that reads: "From the co-creator of Sleep Token comes a chance to bear witness. Have you seen them?" The video ends with a prompt to "Join the assembly" and directs viewers to the website whatisarcus.com.
Arcus has since released two music videos on YouTube for tracks titled "Death" and "Rebirth." Both songs feature male and female vocalists:
- "Death": Atmospheric sound driven by a pop beat.
- "Rebirth": Accentuated by heavy metal riffs.
On Spotify, credits for both tracks list The Arcus Collective as lyricist, composer, and producer, with Diego Fernandez also credited as a producer.

On Oct. 18, Sleep Token published a statement on social media addressing unverified association claims:
"A word, for the sake of clarity. Sleep Token has no affiliation with any outside musical project that invokes this name, nor with anyone who uses it to promote one. Such claims are not made with our blessing and are not endorsed by Sleep Token. What is ours is here and here alone."
