Radiohead Announces 2027 Tour Dates for Australia and Japan

Radiohead has officially confirmed a 21-date concert tour across Australia and Japan scheduled for 2027. The run will feature multi-night stands in Perth, Melbourne, and Sydney, as well as Saitama.

This major announcement marks the iconic band's first performances in Australia since 2012, along with their first headlining shows in Japan since 2008. According to a message accompanying the announcement, these 21 concerts will be the only shows Radiohead performs in 2027, with no additional dates to be added.

Radiohead 2027 Tour Schedule

The Australian leg begins on May 3, 2027, featuring four nights at the RAC Arena in Perth, followed by six performances at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne and six shows at Afterpay Arena in Sydney. In June, the band moves to Japan for five consecutive shows at GMO Arena Saitama.

Special Ticket Package and Tour Details

In addition to standard seating, Radiohead is offering a humorous "Fast Track Status" ticket tier. The band explicitly clarified that the option does not provide actual priority access, stating: "What were you expecting when you signed up for 'Fast Track Status' with Radiohead? Of course it doesn't include fast track status." Instead, buyers receive an ergonomic venue seat and a complimentary set of items designed by Stanley Donwood & Doktor Tchock.

Following a return to live performances in late 2025 across the UK and Europe, guitarist Ed O'Brien indicated that Radiohead plans to play roughly 20 shows each year, focusing on one continent per year. The band confirmed that these 2027 shows in Australia and Japan represent their entire concert schedule for that year.
