Post Malone has officially postponed the upcoming Asian and Australian dates for his Big Ass World Tour. The international stadium run was slated to begin in September and extend through late October, making this the second time this year the artist has altered his global touring itinerary.
Promoters, including Live Nation Asia, have updated status listings for the stadium shows to postponed. Neither the artist nor tournament organizers have shared a specific explanation for the sudden scheduling change.
Asia Tour Schedule Adjustments
The eight-city Asian leg of the tour was originally planned to launch on September 16 in Hong Kong at Kai Tak Stadium. Additional stops included performance dates in Kaohsiung, Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Seoul, and Yokohama. Rapper Don Toliver had previously been announced as the supporting act for these Asian dates.
Promoter Live Nation H.I.P. confirmed that the scheduled October 6 performance at K-Arena Yokohama in Japan is included in the regional postponement. Because these headlining performances are affected, full refunds are being issued to ticket holders. Organizers emphasized that any tickets purchased for the original dates will not carry over if replacement shows are eventually rescheduled.

Australia and New Zealand Impact
The schedule changes extend into Oceania as well. Headline stadium concerts planned for Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney in Australia have been put on hold, along with an October 21 show at Go Media Stadium in Auckland, New Zealand.
Additionally, Post Malone has withdrawn from his headlining appearances across all three dates of Australia's Strummingbird festival located in Ballarat, Newcastle, and the Sunshine Coast. Festival organizers confirmed that Tyler Childers, Sam Barber, and James Johnston have been added to the festival lineup following Malone's exit.
Previous North American Changes
This decision follows earlier modifications made to the artist's North American itinerary. Back in May, Malone delayed the launch of The Big Ass Stadium Tour Part 2, which featured co-headliner Jelly Roll. Six stadium stops—including El Paso, Waco, Baton Rouge, Birmingham, Tampa, and Oxford—were removed prior to the tour opening on June 9 in Charlotte. At the time, Malone stated that he needed additional time to finish recording new music.
Tickets
Full refunds are currently being processed for ticket holders of the postponed headline shows. In Hong Kong, where admission prices for the 50,000-capacity Kai Tak Stadium ranged from HK$699 to HK$3,199, complete refunds are already underway.
Fans should note that original tickets will not be honored if makeup dates are announced in the future. Anyone wishing to attend a rescheduled show will need to purchase new tickets when they go on sale.
